At Homewise Consulting, we are committed to providing helpful, personalized homeschool coaching services. Please read our refund policy carefully before purchasing or booking services.

1. Coaching Sessions

  • All coaching sessions are non-refundable once delivered.

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, we require at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may be forfeited without refund.

  • If you cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice, we will gladly reschedule your session at no additional charge.

2. Coaching Packages

  • Payments for multi-session packages are non-refundable once the package has started.

  • If you are unsatisfied after the first session, you may request a partial refund for unused sessions, minus the full price of the first session and any administrative fees.

3. Digital Products (e.g. planning guides, templates)

  • Due to the nature of digital downloads, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable.

  • If you experience a technical issue (e.g. broken link), please contact us, and we will provide a working version promptly.

4. Workshops or Group Programs

  • For live events or workshops, refunds are only available if cancellation occurs at least 72 hours prior to the start time.

  • If we cancel or reschedule the event, you’ll receive a full refund or option to transfer your registration.

5. Processing Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Any payment processing fees (e.g. Stripe, PayPal) may be non-refundable, depending on the payment platform’s policy.
